Today was probably the first and only time I've ever had a great experience with an automotive repair service....ever. A few things I was impressed with were: The Groupon voucher I had included a nice list of things they checked. The owner, Randy, was super chill and so nice. He talks to and treats you like a person! WOW. I think it's called.....customer service? Randy's got it. Not too sure what these negative reviews are all about (p.s. we're all human and are all entitled to a hot, cranky, moody day from time to time). The service was prompt (honestly thought it would take upwards of 5+ hours) for doing the oil change and stuff, plus replacing the battery and a few old belts. The price was NOT BAD AT ALL. I was prepared for a bill of a few hundred dollars but walked away paying just under $200. All in all, I'll probably be back again. This place was the shit and I highly recommend calling and making an appt with them!
